In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. Once shipped, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Collectibles must include all original parts, accessories, and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

  • Return Shipping Costs: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
