Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are free. We offer free shipping on all orders. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Domestic Shipping Only
Trilvexa LLC ships to addresses within the U.S. only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Trilvexa LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly. Trilvexa LLC is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Trilvexa LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
